Mounting board problem - UK

We’re thinking about buying a Gizmos and Gadgets kit for our grandson but are concerned to read about the issues around the mounting boards.

  • do all the G and G kits have this problem?
  • are LB supplying the replacement black boards to customers anywhere with this problem, including the UK?
  • do LB require the return of faulty boards and/or proof of purchase? (Ideally we’d like to be able to give grandson replacement boards at the same time as the kit, so he doesn’t start with frustrations from faulty boards)
  • does it matter whether kit is bought from an authorised seller or from eBay?

do all the G and G kits have this problem?

No. We’ve actually found that issues with mounting boards have occurred in a small number of cases.

are LB supplying the replacement black boards to customers anywhere with this problem, including the UK?

Our priority is that you have a great experience, no matter what part of the world you’re in. If you’re not able to use any part of your kit, write to us at support@littlebits.cc and we’ll make it right for you.

We do ask for order numbers or receipts when you write in so that we know the source of your kit. We may ask for a return of products if necessary.

does it matter whether kit is bought from an authorised seller or from eBay?
